Recommended dosage
1-3 drops once a day. Apply under the tongue, wait 60 seconds, then swallow. May be washed down with water. The product is not intended for children under 3 years of age, pregnant and nursing women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Ensure a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Storage
