Changes to Order

You can cancel an order and change addresses (delivery, invoicing) up to a certain stage of processing of an order in your User Account. In the case of other changes, the simplest solution is to cancel an order and create a new one, because the automatic system usually does not enable changes as a part of a current order.

Change to Ordered Goods

It is not possible to exchange one product for another in an order that has already been sent. There are two ways to resolve the situation:

  • The best solution is to cancel the whole order and create a new one.
  • If you have multiple items in an order, we only cancel the unwanted goods and you create a new order for the correct type of goods. The remainder of the original order remains valid. However, we do not recommend this solution, because of double payment for transport.
